A member of the BBQ Brethren forum (got14u) suggested I check this place out... I'm glad he did, this is a great idea!
I'm excited to check out some of the recipes from other countries and give em' a try.

I look forward to helping & learning where I can! Looks like there are few Montanans running around here, any from the flathead area? There are 2 fellas from the Brethren site that live here in Kalispell, we get together every once in a while to burn food together and kill a few beers... glad you made it over here...I'm sure you will fit right in..Not sure about anyone from the Kalispell area....It's a small and growing community here...and a wealth of food knowledge.
