Simplicity... Corn on the cob grilled with a little Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Anaheim Chiles with the same. THICK cut bone in pork chop rubbed with Spicy Chile Sauce and soy sauce. A meal with few ingredients is harder to pull off then one with many. Going simple is an attempt at perfection. I will never achieve that level of cooking but I sure will love the attempts along the way. I hope you do as well.
