I always got compliments just mixing it with cream cheese and serving on a cracker. Do it 3-4 hours ahead of time to let the flavours blend. |

Break off a piece and eat it. That's my favorite way. Followed closely by: put a bit of cream cheese on your favorite cracker, top with a piece of salmon, eat.
