My brother-in-law turned his dishwasher into a smoker, and gave everybody packets of smoked goodies for Christmas. What's the best way to enjoy smoked salmon? I've never had it.

I always got compliments just mixing it with cream cheese and serving on a cracker.  Do it 3-4 hours ahead of time to let the flavours blend.

I have a great recipe for a smoked salmon spread. If you want it, just give a shout.

Break off a piece and eat it. That's my favorite way. Followed closely by: put a bit of cream cheese on your favorite cracker, top with a piece of salmon, eat. Also good with a dab of wasabi.

I'm generally with Mike (pitrow) on this subject; having said that, I just smoked some cream cheese and am looking for a good use for it so I might try Brook's dip, if he would like to post the recipe....Smile
