We are entering into our ninth month as a forum and have been impressed with what we have achieved so far. We have expanded our culinary library with many of the world's most famed and beloved dishes, and are adding more every week, along with detailed histories, recipes and step-by-step photos of preparation of these wonderful creations. With fall arriving in the northern hemisphere, it is time to start thinking about those comforting cold-weather foods we all like to enjoy in the warmth of a cozy home.
