Hi Andy, not a big eater of desserts, so I can't say I've ever made baklava, but it is tasty. Got some interesting recipe's for phyllo dough, though, if you want. The latest one I made this past summer was phyllo wrapped asparagus spears.....delicious!

John, that sounds tasty.  There is a restaurant here in town that is owned by a Greek family and they serve a complimentary sort of phyllo dough stuffed with spinach, I can't remember the Greek name for it but it sure is good.

I'll try to make this recipe this weekend and post a tutorial.  My sweet tooth is aching for some Greek goodness.
