Serves 3-4 | Preparation time: 10 mins | Cooking time: 1 h
Method Rinse the chicory under cold running water and use some kitchen paper to dry it carefully. Cut the chicory in thin strips. Place the chicory in a pot, add the sugar and the clove and cook on very low heat for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat, remove the clove and let the jam cool down completely before serving it.
