Just playing catchup here...this is another one from the cookbook Rita's Potato Salad This is an off shoot from Rita's mother's recipe which was served at every barbecue or picnic as she was growing up. Serves 8 ![]()

very nice-looking presentation, dave. our potato salad is similar, with slightly different spices and and onions rather than celery. my wife also adds diced kosher dills and a dollop of pickle juice. good potato salad is hard to find, and this looks like a good one!

It actually pisses me off sometimes....if we're going somewhere, there is a 50-50 chance they will ask for her potato salad before they ask for my pulled pork SIGH!!!!

LOVE the ingredients of the brown mustard as well as sour cream.....they add so much to potato salad, and no wonder Rita's has been a hit from the beginning! It looks delicious and the recipe is a "have to make it" one too. Know that I'm buying 2 for gifts this christmas...there are too many good things in there not to share!
