Rivet's Western Carolina Finishing Sauce

1 Cup Ketchup- Del Monte preferred (tastes more like tomatoes)
1 Cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice- about 3 large lemons
3 TBSP butter
1 medium onion minced
1 TBSP hot pepper sauce- tabasco, Louisiana cajun etc
1 TBSP worcestershire sauce

Combine all in a sauce pan, heat till boiling, turn down heat and simmer 30 min, covered. Serve hot, warm or cold. Must be refrigerated to store, and keeps about 2 weeks in fridge.
