Well I was itching to use my new kitchen aid mixer so what better then some beer bread. My son wanted to make it so I just supervised. Here is the recipe I used but I added a twist with some green diced chiles. BEER BREAD 1. In small bowl, mix water and yeast. Stir until yeast is dissolved.

ya this thing is great...all metal gears and all the attachments...gonna give my shot at pasta pretty soon.
the dough is almost done with the second rise so I will post some pics pretty soon. I am curious how the green chile's will taste in it. I think they should really add a unique profile to it.

We have been munching on it all weekend. Made some pulled pork sammies with it yesterday...oh man with that hint of green chile in it....I think I will be buying more beer...lol
