Yes, if you could find that supplier I'd be interested in taking a look. We were in Oregon and Washington State last week, and I truly enjoyed seeing all of the produce that is grown and sold there.

Brook - This is getting a little off-topic, of course, but do you think a "lower-carb" pecan pie would even be worth trying? I would think that a sugar substitute or lower-carb sweetener might yield some results...or perhaps even completely re-vamping the recipe to lower the sugar and carb profile, yet allow the pecans to shine. I'm just gathering wool here, but it might be a project worth looking into; possibly even a more savory pie using sweet potato or pumpkin/squash.
