I am just finishing a batch of carnitas, boneless boston butt, slow simmered in beer, and water with dried mixed vegetables until completely tender, fat removed and then browned up in the oven.
I have a batch of garbanzos cooking in the strained soup, this, with a keeper of corn tortillas and plenty of Melissa's haban'ero sauce is going to be supper.
No wonder I am fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
