Ron,

This is definitely quite amazing and we shall prepare it in the autumn as it is very warm here, and truly would be a treasure of a dish in late October -  November.  

Shall definitely follow it to a "tee" .. 

I had eaten this dish when I was in Transylvania and the anicent passage of the Carthegian Mountains of Brasov, Romania in 2016.  

If I recall, it might of been prepared with beef .. I have to check.  

Thanks for posting !!  Exceptionally interesting historically.
