No real recipe here just something I like to do.
Take a big shoulder roast Marinade with what ever flavore you like. 24hrs soak is my method. Cut it open and stuff with garlic, onions and butter. Wrap it closed with heavy cotton string dreep fry in the old turkey fryer. Time depends on how you like it. I like mine rare /medrare. About 20-25 mins
Take it out and let sit a few min, and serve with wild rice, or spuds of your choice.
Yummie and left overs make great sandwiches
Sometimes I just marinade and bread it then deep fry.
Venison for what ever reason lends it's self to frying well. And it never dries out in a fryer.
MM ENJOY

Dang it I forgot the best part. Add a little habenero for some zing.
And yes this is real good!
Delta I have done it with beef also, and I would suspect that a pork roast done like this would be real good too. I think with pork some fresh horseradish, and garlic butter would be outstanding.
