This has been a long time coming. This always gets rave reviews from anyone that eats it. My wife hails from Cuernavaca Morelos and this is the pico from down there.

3 bundles radishes
9 medium tomatoes
3 to 4 juice from lemons
1 medium cabbage
2 bundles cilantro
2 to 3 jalapenos (more if you like it hot)
1 onion
salt to taste

1. cut and cube up all ingredients except salt and lemon of course

2. run all through food processor (rough chop if you like)

3. combine in bowl and add lemon juice and salt to taste. You will not be disappointed with this.

in the beginning

radish's through the processor

tomatoes through

cabbage before and after

jalaps and cilantro

ready to mix with lemon and salt

finished

I made this recipe for guests yesterday, and it was a hit...several wanted the recipe, so I told them where to find it. Many thanks for a great recipe!

Pretty close to what we make. The radish would be interesting as the local Mexican taco wagons serve thinly sliced radish as a garnish on their open face traditional taco's. will add that to the mix. we also use green onion and garlic. If limes are at a fairly decent price we use them instead of lemons.

This stuff is great on just about anything including using it in place of salad dressing on my green salads. Also great on my fish tacos.

fish taco's for sure...that is possibly why they make it this way. she is from over by cancun mexico so they had a lot of sea food when they caught it that is. glad to see ya all like it...and thanks for the big complement hoser in the PM. I'm glad we stumped the chief and what a compliment that he is going to use it in his restaurants.
