Here’s the info…
The marinade:
Mix up marinade ingredients. Put chicken and meat into 2 separate plastic zip bags. Pour the marinade into the bag and toss in the fridge for a while. Skewer the marinaded chicken and meat. Grill up and drink a cold beer.

Mightly impressive, with beautiful colours on the plate!
I have a bottle of mirin and was looking for something new to do with it, and this just might be the ticket - The recipe in my Japanese volume of FotW is very similar, and I see some delving into the Far East in my future ~
