Congee was a regular breakfast dish for me while working as a chef for Delta Hotels.
I worked with an all Asian crew for over 6 years The version that I am used to is quite spicy and has heavily peppered thin sliced chicken as the main garnish and is served with a handful of cilantro and thai basil on top. |
