Hi folks...didn't have a lot of time to do anything fancy this weekend, so we just wound up with grilled porterhouse steaks with salt and pepper and a drizzle of Carli extra virgin olive oil and a caprese salad drizzled with balsamic vinegar and the same wonderful Carli oil.

that looks just about perfect, dave ~ i always like your presentations, which are postcard-beautiful! also, a very nice and simple caprese salad ~ i love the elegance and simple goodness shown there!
